A movement is stirring in the hearts people across North America to intentionally live on mission for the sake of the gospel. I for one am excited to be a part of it. This year I will be joining incredible leaders such as David Platt, Russell Moore and Louie Giglio at the Send North America Conference in Nashville on August 3-4. We all have the same hope: that business people, soccer moms, students and lawyers will join us in this movement. We believe every life on mission matters.

At Family Church, we are constantly reminding our people to “be the church out there.” This is the heartbeat of Send North America. SNA exists to develop, resource and mobilize people who want to reach their communities. It’s the largest network of supporting and sending churches in the world.

I’ve written before about bivocational ministry and why it’s the key to successful church planting. SNA equips God’s people to reach their communities through their everyday lives and vocations. It casts the vision that we are all missionaries to the places we live, work and play. We each live where God has placed us for this time and His purposes.

On August 3-4, we want to fill Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena with thousands who believe their life on mission is a vital part of God’s plan. You can learn more here.

How are you and your community living life on mission?
